Welcome to Emory Acres website. Emory Acres consists of two mobile parks located in Black Mountain and East Asheville.

The park in Black Mounatain is near the ingles distribution center, directly behind Hopey and Co. It has three sections that can accommodate up to 58 mobile homes. There is also 1 rental house with 2 bedrooms in section 2. Sections 1 and 2 are accessable off of Old US 70 and section 3 is located off Tabernacle road near the veteran cemetary.

Our other park is located off of Tunnel Road on Oteen Church Road. Oteen Church Road is located across the main entrance to the VA hospital. It can accommadate 8 mobile homes and also has 1 three bedroom rental house on the property.
