Q. How long does the application process take?

Usually 2-3 days after the receipt of your application.

Q. Do we get to choose a lot?

The tenant is usually given a choice of lots that will accommodate their home's size, water lines, awnings, sheds, etc. The final decision however is the landlords.

Q. Is there a deposit required to hold that lot?

We require a non-refundable deposit of one month's lot rent. This covers our expenses of preparing the lot for your home.

Q. Do you allow pets?

Generally, yes we do. We understand that pets can constitute a vital part of a person's life. However, we limit the number of pets and there are certain breeds that are not allowed in the park. Park Management must approve all pets before entry into the park!

Q. What will rent cover?

The rent will cover the mobile home pad rental and water usage. It does not cover any of the other utilities such as power, phone, cable etc...

Q. Are there any homes for sale in the park?

Yes, at times residents will put their home up for sale. However, park management will need to approve buyers who intend to reside in the park.
